All About Foods & Beverages is a registered trading business (REPLACE — DTI/SEC registration no.) supplying products for coffee shops, milk tea shops, and ice cream businesses, with branches in Mindanao and nationwide delivery across the Philippines.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability and our confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly due to a system error, or if we cannot verify payment or delivery details. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in Philippine Pesos and may change without prior notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible areas. Wholesale and bulk-tier prices apply as displayed or as quoted in writing. Quoted bulk prices are valid for the period stated in the quote.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch most orders the same or next business day. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your stated address. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within the period stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, consistent with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Product Information
We work to keep product photos, descriptions, and stock levels accurate, but slight variations (e.g., packaging updates by manufacturers) may occur. Consumable products should be stored per the manufacturer’s instructions; we are not liable for products stored improperly after delivery.
7. Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale pricing is intended for business buyers. We may require business details to qualify an account, and may adjust or withdraw wholesale terms for misuse (e.g., resale misrepresentation).
8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
Content on this website — logos, images, and text — belongs to All About Foods & Beverages or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or place fraudulent orders.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruption.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the proper courts of REPLACE — City, Philippines, without prejudice to remedies available through the DTI.
